Friday Round Up: 16th – 20th September 2013

We’ve had a great week of ‘In The Brain’ sessions this week, kicking off with David Dawson who gave a talk on ‘Development in the large’ – his thoughts and experiences of development in large-scale, offshore heavy environments and tricks and techniques that he has learned to maintain, protect and improve a codebase over the lifetime of a project. Allan Kelly also gave fantastic talk on Monday on ‘Xanpan – not a methodology, a personal take on agile’.

Tuesday saw us play host to the London Haskell user group September meet-up and a talk from Brain LeRoux on ‘Killing PhoneGap and Going Beyond HTML5’. Before we knew it, it was Wednesday and our week of In The Brains was concluded with a talk from Carlos Ble on Behaviour-driven RIAs with JavaScript.
